The Village of Lancaster Historic Preservation Commission meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers (second floor) of the Municipal Building (5432 Broadway, Lancaster NY 14086). These meetings are public meetings under the Open Meetings Law (see 3.a-iii: NYS Open Meetings (Sunshine) Law).
COMPLETED COA Applications must be received at the Village Clerk's Office at least two (2) weeks prior to the HPC meeting in order to have a hearing at said meeting.
To ensure your COA Application is COMPLETE - please see the COA Checklist to make sure you have included all the necessary information, images and diagrams with your application. Checks should be made out to "Village of Lancaster." Thank you.
