The Village of Lancaster Historic Preservation Commission meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers (second floor) of the Municipal Building (5432 Broadway, Lancaster NY 14086). These meetings are public meetings under the Open Meetings Law (see 3.a-iii: NYS Open Meetings (Sunshine) Law).
COMPLETED COA Applications must be received at the Village Clerk's Office at least two (2) weeks prior to the HPC meeting in order to have a hearing at said meeting.
