We are deeply saddened as we learned over the weekend of two losses to our local Preservation Community - Edward Mikula and Jeaanette Pecquer have passed away. Edward Mikula was currently sitting on our HPC as the Village Historian. Ed was a lifelong local history enthusiast and valued the preservation of Lancaster History for many years. We will miss his presence and stories for years to come.
Jeaannette Pecqueur was a long time member of the Lancaster Historical Society and was involved with the HPC in the past as well. Jan was involved with many local organizations and was especially involved with the preservation of Lancaster history.
